Strategies are worthless without an action plan

And, this is more than high-vis vests and tick-boxes.

Our farming community is at a tipping point - tired, overworked and under pressure.

We are joining forces as it’s now the most important time to actually collaborate on something we all agree on - reducing the human toll in producing world-class food!

The “She’ll be right” badge is getting a bit old, so is seeing taking precautions as a sign of weakness.

By joining the movement, you agree it’s time we all stop being half-arsed about harm on farm and it’s time to up our game right across the sector as a sign of professionalism. But this takes everyone to design harm out of the system right through the supply chain!

Farm Without Harm focuses on four areas we are no longer going to be ‘half-arsed’ about:

Poor mental health resulting in reduced wellbeing & poor decision making

Harm caused by vehicles and machinery

Physical stress and injuries from handling livestock

Longer-term harm caused by exposure to agricultural chemicals

Farm Without Harm seeks to curb the human cost in producing food and fibre.

How can you be a part of this movement?

Join our ‘Agri Think Tanks’ if you are a system’s thinker and have lots of ideas on solutions that would design harm out of farming. Email info@farmwithoutharm.org.nz if you are interested.
